There’s a certain kind of magic that reveals itself when you stop trying so hard. Its Feminine Magic.
I’ve been in a deep process lately — one that’s asking me to slow down and really feel into what I’m doing, and more importantly… why I’m doing it. And let me tell you, it’s confronting as hell when you start to realize that underneath your “motivated hustle” is actually fear, scarcity, and a subtle grasping energy that says: “If I don’t make this happen, it won’t.”
Sound familiar?
It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that if we’re not constantly pushing, then we’re failing. Especially when you’re a heart-led, soul-driven entrepreneur or healer. We’re told to manifest, to take massive action, to stay visible, to hustle smart.
But here’s the real truth I’m sitting with: forcing anything takes me out of alignment.
It disconnects me from the frequency of trust. It puts me in my head instead of my heart. It takes me out of my Feminine.
And it blocks the very thing I’m trying to create — because it’s all built on fear.
The Cost of Pushing
When we push and force, we enter a pattern of distortion.
We send a signal to the Universe that we don’t trust what’s meant for us will find us.
We override our body’s natural wisdom.
We try to control timing, people, outcomes.
And we bypass the deeper invitation life is offering us in that moment… which is usually to listen, to be still, and to let it come.
Energetically, forcing something is like screaming over a whisper. You can’t hear the next right step when you’re busy performing for an outcome. And most of the time, when we slow down, we realize that we were actually already being guided.
We just weren’t listening.
The Sacred Pause
In shamanic terms, this is a teaching from the void.
The void is the place of stillness, the in-between, the death space before rebirth.
It’s where ego dissolves and spirit rearranges.
And while it can feel empty or frustrating, it’s actually wildly alive with potential.
But only when we stop doing and start being can we receive what the void is offering.
This doesn’t mean we don’t act or make things happen. But there’s a difference between action rooted in force… and action that emerges from alignment. One is grasping. The other is devotion.
And sometimes, devotion means being willing to pause.
To do less.
To create space.
To let things come to you.
Can You Let It Come?
I asked myself this question recently: Can I let the right clients find me without trying to convince anyone?
Can I trust that the aligned venue will appear for my healing events — without cold calling every yoga studio out of fear?
Can I allow my deeper purpose to unfold, instead of trying to force clarity from the mind?
The answers, when I got quiet enough, were yes.
But it required me to stop micromanaging the process and start trusting the intelligence of the path I’m already walking. It meant I had to let go of the timeline I thought I needed.
And most of all — it asked me to remember that I am already held.
The Path of Receptivity
Receiving isn’t passive. It’s powerful.
It takes courage to open.
To wait.
To not know.
To let life court you, instead of trying to chase it down.
But I truly believe the most aligned opportunities, clients, relationships, and insights don’t come when we’re pushing. They come when we’re attuned to our own energy. When we’re rooted in our worth. When we’re available — but not desperate. Open — but not contorted.
So if you’re in a space where nothing seems to be working no matter how hard you try…
Try less.
Breathe more.
Ask your guides to show you what you’re not seeing.
Reclaim your trust in the Divine orchestration.
And maybe, just maybe…
what you’ve been trying to force will finally find its way in.
Because it was never not meant for you.
It just needed you to slow down enough to receive it.
